How This Became The Worst Episode Of South Park

Aside from the Simpsons, South Park has been one of the most successful animated sitcoms in history. South Park has a unique ability to not only stay topical, but drive home satire based on some of the most recent news events. Though this can sometime be its downfall, like when Matt Stone and Trey Parker tried to cram too much topicality into one episode, and produced one of the worst episodes of South Park ever.

Typically when someone says a specific episode of South Park is the worst, it usually is an episode that personally caught them in the satire.

This is not the worst episode from South Park. It isn't even fundamentally bad. It's still funny, and the characters still carry the plot forward, and there are plenty of worse episodes in the show.

This wasn’t a good episode, it was a GREAT one. The amount of detail they put in and research they did for this episode was iconic. Big swing and a miss Nerdstalgic

When the actual worst episode of South Park was so bad you forget that it was that dumb episode of Pip that nobody watched or remembers

This was a great episode, I honestly don't see what problem you had with the episode even after watching this video. I don't think the plot was that weak and the connection between the two story lines is meshed together nicely. The episode has some funny moments as well. I think if anything, the Charlottesville protest didn't have much staying power after the night it happened, so there really wasn't much direction to take those Characters through that storyline.

I thought you were gonna talk about Pip, or A Million Little Fibers or one of the episodes from s20, this is a bit of an odd choice to go with. I thought this episode was pretty decent
