Chris left in 2016 and Adam Chance aka Chance took his place
Austin Brown lead in this song left June of this year and Adam Bastien aka Bastien has taken his place.

This is one of the most popular Home Free songs. It was the first song I ever heard from Home Free & I was instantly hooked. It really showcases the talent of these 5 men (their tight harmonies, Tim Foust's bass & Adam Rupp's incredible beatboxing). They are my favorite a cappella group. This song is very old (about 100 yrs.) & is done in the bluegrass country style. It was used in the movie "Oh Brother Where Art Thou" starring George Clooney.

When Chris left and Adam Chance (called Chance) came in, as a bass/baritone he could take Tim's place as bass, allowing Tim more opportunities to expand his role as a lead or backup singer. Chance was the one making the mouth harp sound in this song. Chance also writes songs, one of which is Skull and Bones, written for a video game by Ubisoft called Skull and Bones. It's great. The new tenor replacing Austin, Adam Bastien (Bastien) sang with them for awhile when Home Free first started out. His first video out with him leading is Something to Talk About. We need to give Bastien time to adjust to working with Home Free and for us to get used to his different sound.

Home Free is the real deal. Adam Rupp (beatboxer) is amazingly talented. All of them are. Chance (back left) was doing the mouth harp sound at the beginning and end of the video. Tim, the bass, (far right) has a 5 octave range so he can sing super low and then sing with the tenors. Don’t worry about knowing the group. There have been lots of changes since they started way back in 2000 but the recent group has been together for 8 years. Just recently though Austin Brown (lead here) left the group for personal reasons and was replaced by Adam Bastien (pronounced Bass-teen). He was with the group a long time ago so things are going well. He’s done the last two songs with HF and has a nice high tenor voice. But Austin has done lots of songs with HF so enjoy the rabbit hole. They’re my favorite group!

Easy to keep in mind...if the video is after mid year 2016, it's Chance. Chris left early 2016. If you look at the list of all members...yeah their have been quite a few but the group did form 24 years ago. LOL Since they really got big after the sing off and started to produce music videos, they have only had two lineup changes. So don't worry about the others listed on the wiki page. If you start to delve into the previous music (which can be found on YouTube but no music video) you can always ask some of us die hard fans. LOL

I was at the Home Free craier life concert yesterday. Poor Rob was not there he was in a motel 6 with Covid and a r3lly sore throat. The show was so funny because They are recorded seperately from their mics. So Tim said we would hear Rob singing and when they knew Rob would not be there omeone said that this guy named Frank on their crew looked a lot like Rob and He came out and lipsynced in Robs solos. He did such an excellent job. Tim also said later that Frank could whistle like Rob and He can and he did. We all Love Frank. It was such a fun show or as Tim says it's not a concert or a show it's a party. Got myself 2 new T-shirts and the Crazyer life CD. I'm a happy girl today.

Watch any version of Adam Rupp's "Drum Solo " and you'll be blown away. (But try to find a later one if possible as he's gotten even better over the years, believe it or not. )
