👍🏼 This needs to be a series & perhaps you can pick more than 2 from each. I suggest trying Misal Pav & Vada Pav places from Thane as there are quite a good places here. Thane is not just an extension of Mumbai, it has quite a variety of food culture of it's own!!

For the Delhi folks watching & drooling over vadapav, lemme suggest you vadapav spot(s): “Bole to Vadapav” has the closest thing we can get to Mumbai vadapav and it’s solely cuz of their super soft pavs & not the dry packet wale bread (it’s soo good fr)

I have only tried Mithibai & Kirti (AI ones) from these. I didn't like the Mithibai one much (Mithibai canteen has one of the best Uttapam though). Kirti was excellent. I believe that one (Kirti) was the first Vada Pav place in Mumbai so historically quite significant.

Ashok vada pav is the unique and fresh, a different tate to all the vada pav we get in mumbai ! Good for once a while
