Hey,

Just sharing some delicious caribbean saltfish recipe .
Try it out .

Recipe

4 ounces salted cod fish
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/4th Habanero pepper - chopped
2 scallions - chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon - black pepper powder

Method

To remove excess salt from the fish, bring the fish to a boil in a large pot of water.
Drain the water, and repeat the process.
Drain the fish, flake/shred it , and press liquid out.
In a pan heat olive oil,
Put the shredded / flaked saltfish in a bowl , now add peppers, onions, tomatoes, scallions, hot pepper.
Add hot olive oil, black pepper powder , lemon juice and mix it all.
