Eggless Instant Plum Cake with Wheat Flour:

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup plum jam or preserves
- 1/2 cup chopped dried fruits (plums, cranberries, raisins)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup lukewarm milk
- Chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add softened butter and mix until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
4. Add plum jam, dried fruits, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
5. Gradually add lukewarm milk and mix until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
8. Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
9. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
