Naka, I had 6 births and dealt with ppd ..I always took magnesium, zinc and this helped me so much.. I also took probiotics to make sure I kept regular and clean in my bowls. This is all so much help..ask.your doctors and hope you feel.better soon. Nutrition is key to a health mind. Best wishes😊

Truth, I am glad you are feeling better. However, the healing is a long process. Don't stress. The outer layer will be healed, but keep in mind that the inner layer is still moist therefore still healing. This is not to be negative in anyway. If you find your stomach itching just rub the itches and find something you can deal with for the itches. That's proof of the inner healing process. Much love. Take care.❤❤❤

Your baby is so cute an I like how u guys always keeping us updated about what going on in your busy life as a mom an dad being a mother of 4 I no times can be hard but one thing for sure being a mom is the best thing that ever happened to me an yes just enjoy your baby boy make the most of coz as they grow these are the days u gna miss yes u gna make even more moments with him but u will nva forget the fist times when u gave birth when I hold him the times u spent feeding him the late night.
