You guys have to picture your spine, then move it and feel where it is youre bending. Studying Occupational therapy has helped a lot with my art as well, the knowledge of the muscles, the bones and ligaments really helps. But stand in front of a mirror and observe.

Im still learning but, to get the the distance between the pelvis and the ribcage u can also put the Cranium inside. Like the the Hale Proportions? Hope the suggestion is right

Hey Proko, sorry if you have answered this before but, where did you study anatomy? It's evident you know a lot of it, but did you study anatomy like any med student would? Did you take a special course for artists? I'd love to know so i can search something similar where I live.

It was kind of odd you gave opposite feedback to the first and last critiques.  One saying that you should follow the anatomy.  (Straighter thoracic) the other that was straighter in the middle you said be more fluid and gestural.  Not sure what to take away from this, would be great to get some clarification.

Nice one Proko! you addressed most of the issues i was curious about! Shame non of the students used a pencil though? this thats the biggest criticism i would have, well not really a criticism, just think they're missing a trick.
