Great video thank-you! What projects do you feel are better for asana verses trello and do they connect in anyway? Also how do you feel asana is for privacy and control of information when collaborating? Would love to see a security video on the apps you talk about and the best way to secure yourself and the settings.

I will set up the Cardstar app. I hate digging for my loyalty cards or worse, finding out I don't have it on me and may miss out on saving some bucks. This app will help me out!

Started using Todoist a few months back it seems to be becoming part of my daily routine. Assistant.to looks good, but I really need something that works for a group of people since I work with a team over four different time zones. However, I am going to look into Assistant.to for one-on-one meetings. AutoHotkey has been one of my go-to apps for many years. I believe it only works on Windows but I use it to automate all kinds of things. It saves me a lot of repetitive typing! I look forward to what other apps other people use too.

For a timer I just use Google. At google.com which I have set as my new tab page I click the mic button and say "set a timer for xxxx minutes". Of course, typing it works as well. It opens a page with a timer set for that amount and starts counting down.
For times over 100 min you have to be careful not to add an "and" or it won't work. So if you say "set a timer for one hundred _and_ thirty minutes" you will just get search results. You need to say "set a timer for one hundred thirty minutes". "Set a timer for 2 hours and 10 minutes" works too. At the end of the time you get an alarm that is hard to miss and continues until you stop it.

@Simpletivity
I opened the assistant.to link on description but it redirects me to Cirrus Insight (the company who bought it),
they offer a 14 day trial, however, I wanna keep it forever.
So... could you please share the extension files somehow? maybe utorrent or google drive :3

Instead of assistant.to, i use calendly but the free account is only limited to one event type. I have yet to research further on assistant.to though. Is it as good and what are their perks for a free account?
