Thanks for this video my brother. Currently i am close to obtaining my CCNA and looking to get into a Network Admin position. Also i'm going to buy a CCNA lab kit with routers and switches to perform some at home labs to build up my experience. I'm new to IT would this be good experience to get hired or what do you recommend?

Good vid. How can you get the virtualization process and experience down when you don't work on it day to day? Is there like a poor man's lab you can build out to run vmware/vcentre and the virtualization converter? Be good to build something like this and blow away and start over just for learning purposes. What about the monitoring software you were trialing? Looks promising. I've subbed in for more curious content.

is it true to say system administrators get payed on average as much as network admins but they dont have to listen to the loud sounds in the technical rooms ?
