Love your tutorials! I mostly use redken as well and one of my clients has requested something very similar for an easier grow out. You explain what you're doing very well too. 👏🏼👏🏼

I’ve done this before without any issues and this time it went a bit wrong, although not ugly, just not what i wanted. It was nicely blended but the brown bled into the blonde and now it looks grey-ish/silver-ish. I did use toner but nothing. Is there anything I could do or try so I can get a bit of the blonde back?

I just came across this video loved the colour but loved the way you curled her hair. I would love to see this broken down as I couldn’t quite make out what you were doing! I do the same for the first part but then you were twisting it which I couldn’t get! Would love it if you could do a tutorial on this curl but just slow it down and show exactly how you do it! Thank you great video though xx

So beautiful! I have a question about the toner- shades eq in particular, but any other, really.. when you leave it on for such a short time (few minutes - on wet hair), does it not fade very quickly? The instructions says to leave it for 20 min on dry hair. Does it not have something to do with how long it takes for the color “to take” onto the hair? tia

Absolutely stunning!!!! You did such a fantastic job. How long does demi last on the hair and will it keep any of the dark color after it fades or will she need to come back for upkeep?

Beautiful color, but I noticed straight from the beginning how rough you are. I feel like your client is going to get whiplash. I've loved some of the techniques stylists have used on my hair and still never gone back because they were unnecessarily rough.

Why is it that the only "professional" hair stylists that seem to know what the heck they are doing are on Youtube? I've spent the last decade growing out botched color jobs from "stylists" who either had not a clue what they were doing or did it for spite, and let's not forget about all the scissor happy "stylists" who don't have a clue what ONE inch or TWO inches is. They seem to think it means 4 inches or FIVE inches, at least where I am concerned. I've salon hopped to all the "best" salons within a 50 mile radius, have tried both female and male "stylists" and have yet to find one who will do what I ask. The last one was in November of last year when I had once again grown my hair out from the previous years botched hair job (that one gave me a Keith Partridge of the Partridge family cut), and I took pictures of the front and back of a simple BLUNT HAIR CUT collar bone length thinking to myself "surely they won't screw THIS up!" What did I get? I got a shoulder length, angled like a lob blunt cut in the front and 3" LAYERS in the back making my head look like 2 haircuts on one head, and no, it looked nothing like the stacked A line bobs. It just looked WEIRD. Plus, with the 3" shorter layers in back, it is taking forever to grow out to the correct length so I can cut it myself. I'm forced to watch these videos to try and learn to cut and color my own hair because I refuse to allow another (incompetent) "professional" to touch my locks again. People need to be very careful going to salons nowadays. These "professionals" are not like they were back in the 90s, early 2000s where I almost always got what I asked for. I think the cosmetology schools have changed what they teach them because I can't find anybody who knows what they are doing anymore.
