Continuity And Differentiability 🎯 New NCERT Exercise 5.1🔥Question 11 | Class 12 Maths by Izhar Sir

Показать описание
Find all points of discontinuity of f, where f is defined by
Question: 11
x³ - 3, if x less than equal to 2
f(x) = x² + 1, if x greater than 2.
Class 12 maths New NCERT Exercise 5.1 Question 11.
❣️ Continuity: A function is continuous at x = c, if the function is defined at x = c and if the value of function at x = c equals the limit of the function as x = c.
❣️ If f is not continuous at c, we say f is discontinuous at c and c is called a point of discontinuity of f.
❣️ Theorem 1 : Suppose f and g be two real functions continuous at a real number c then
(1) f + g is continuous at x = c
(2) f - g is continuous at x = c
(3) f. g is continuous at x = c
(4) f/g is continuous at x = c,
❣️ Prove that every rational function is continuous.
❣️ Discuss the continuity of sine function.
❣️ Theorem 2 : Suppose f and g are real valued functions such that (fog) is defined at c. If g is continuous at c and if f is continuous at g(c), then (fog) is continuous at c.
