Green juice recipe ⬇️ This cost me $21 with a mix of sale and non-sale produce @freshthyme !
Here’s what you need for 7 days of green juicing. This is enough for 7 morning green juices. Juices last 48-72 hours if you need longer freeze and thaw when ready to drink. I use the Namawell J2 Juicer it really gets the juice out of my produce.
💚Recipe💚
2 pineapples
4 bunches of spinach
4 lemons
8 cucumbers
2 bunches of kale
Ginger optional
Divide in half if you don’t want to juice the recipe as a whole and juice the other half during the week.
Approximately 7- 16oz servings
This a great juice if you are trying to get into green juices the pineapple gives it a very subtle sweet taste and the kale, cucumber, and spinach are balanced nicely.
