Record breaking rain leads to extensive flooding in southern China

The people of China are not the same as corrupt oligarchs or their elected officials. (Look at US, for example, where the insane and cruel minority keeps driving the majority into ditches.) I feel for them and hope that the people and especially children come out of the flood fast and life gets better. It's a matter of humanity.
