Even though I spend my days in front of a computer (work), I force myself to practice distancing from my digital life when ever I can. Just leave your phone at home when you go for a walk. Listen to the sounds of the street, or people passing by, or birds singing, or just the wind on your head... We need that. Now more than ever! Also, if you go to the Gym, leave your phone in your car or in the locker! Easy! I feel we need to practice that. Distancing ourselves from these things. They are good, yes, but we need to know how to survive without them! I lived half my life without a cell phone. And everything was fine (even better actually) without it! Miss those days back in the mid 80's and 90's... Life was so much simpler!

Those negative thoughts are a transmission from the foreign installation of the mind control machine. The only way to free yourself is to unplug from the machine. Introduce more solitude, silence, nature, music, good food, LOVE. Clear your cache, so to speak: dance, plant medicines, microdosing, sweating, crying, fasting, laughing, and recapitulation. Connect to yourself. No one knows more than you, because you are the You Ni Verse (YOU IN VERSE/SERVE IN YOU). Listening to podcasts can be inspiring.
