from a personal perspective i feel that the wall between the kitchen and seating area should be a half wall but like i said that's a personal a fireplace with presents would indicate the time of the year lol

Don't forget the toilet in your restaurant! Some customers may be lactose intolerant and your food won't agree with them. Lol. I love the direction you are going with this base. Kinda becoming a little town! I still think you should build a small medical clinic. Maybe with a small bed, a few cabinets to store your first aid supplies and a sink. What if matt got sick? Gotta take care of your buddy or any customers from the grill if they got ill. Lol

You need a door straight out of the kitchen for your "smoke break" door. I know you don't smoke but you have to accommodate your cooks Kage!

Plus easy access straight to your kitchen so you don't have to walk around every time =p

Also I like the name
"The 848"
It's edgy, clean, and modern.

Could even play on the name maybe like;
"The Ate For Eight"

Kage, love your new kitchen!! But the one green wall after the corner glass looks soooo out of place, it makes me cringe every time you go in there, lol 😂 It's your best view of the sunset!!! Either way, this is my favorite series of yours currently, thanks for another great video! ❤

Most dinners have coffee cups on the tables. This is more of a dinner theme. Just a thought!

Half walls, with a couple of well placed pillars, around the kitchen instead of full walls, along with cabinets along those half walls (kitchen side) would give an open feel to the kitchen as well as island/bar space in place of plain 8 foot walls.

Kitchens are usually set out so that the preparation area is near the stove so you can put the food prep into cook, the fridge is usually near the prep area so you are moving less from fridge to prep area, then the sink can be on its own with space for dirty pots on one side and clean draining area on the opposite side of the sink. Books would be near a shelf or area you could sit and read them or read them while you prepare foods

Put you spare carts in with the atv. Delete the wall place stove with pipe in wall/outside.

the smaller round fireplace has i flue pipe that goes out the wall lol and it also heat up a huge area like the big one does
