Prince Harry and Meghan lose another member of staff to Sussex Survivors’ Club

“It seems to be that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have difficulty holding on to their senior staff.”

Prince Harry and Meghan’s chief of staff is the latest to quit his role after just three months. Michael Cole says the staff exodus begs the question, “why?”. He also warns the Sussexes “not to sell their celebrity too cheaply” after the couple accepted a controversial invitation to visit Colombia.

there is never a good reason for bad behavior. there is no culture in which it is ok to bully or behave with disrespect.

Oh pls MM was informed numerous times - "this is not how we do things here" and when she would show no respect or take MO advice to take a year to watch and learn and get to know her new country - its culture, norms, history, traditions etc adjust to her in laws and being a newlywed etc William finally went to Harry to ask him to talk to her about being difficult, abrasive and rude and Harry ended up on a dog bowl :)

The thing is Meghan is not from the film world so that’s not an excuse- although I’m sure plenty of people who are in the film world are perfectly pleasant to friends, family, staff and people generally.

Meghan reportedly had a very poor reputation in the entertainment business long before she met Harry. Her gig on Suits was soon coming to an end and she had no other prospects. Don’t forget that she publicly admitted, while laughing, to lying about being a SAG-AFTRA member - a major no-no. After she met Harry, she proceeded to publicly humiliate and trash her father, a longtime & Emmy-winning lighting director & director of photography — in his field he was/is very well regarded, so her treatment of him wasn’t taken well in the business.

If it was a 'culture clash' in BP, how come staff are still leaving and these staff are American- no culture clash can be blamed with these people so must be the duo who are the problem. It follows them wherever they go.

Michael needs to understand that these two are no longer royal. Therefore, BP owes these two nothing. No guidance. No support. No whatever. These two are going to Columbia as grifters. They are not even celebrities!
