@Guiser123 Excercise can really help too, it produces a "happy hormone" within ower brain called "endorfine". Don't wait on others to help you. And express yourself, even if just on paper, get it out your system. Be honest to atleast yourself. Healthy food helps. Change of scenery too. Maybee go out for a couple of long walks, it clears the mind. Even if you think you have no energy to do so, no one will do it for you. Put on your favorite music and dance like a maniac! Good luck.

First of all, you don't suddenly just get Depression, its a chain of thought that which the person feels, I, Have Been like this for 4 Years now, Going through everything to get rid of it, Nothing seems to help, Even people i've talked to just scoot me away and thing im fucking faking it. Well im not Faking it, its a real illness so you can leave me along, God.
