I’m not gonna lie I clicked on this video on a whim, but God knew I needed this. I’ve been going through my own health struggle since last year. Heavy pain all the doctors say there’s nothing wrong. Going all over my city trying to find something. Feeling like there’s no end and hopeless everyday. I use to dabble in YouTube and I don’t cause I’m so shot. Doesn’t seem like it’ll end. My wife comforts me and a few friends but that’s it. I’m grateful and seeing you do this opens my eyes a bit. It’s a rough ride life is cruel but finding the little things turns into the big things. I doubt you’ll see this but thank you for the video. Gives me a little bit of hope. A little bit of gratitude.

I was an Apple employee from 2012 to 2021 and I had my own mental health and physical health issues. I sadly had to leave at the end of 2021 because of them(but Apple was awesome during those times), but helping people during those years was what got me though each one of them.

These videos make me smile because I hope I helped people like yourself and may others to enjoy their Apple products.

It was a joy working for Apple and it's a joy just hearing your updates every step of the way.
