Code with Me & ChatGPT: Exploring/Building Tools for MIMIC on FHIR

The datasets from MIMIC are a fantastic tool for a variety of individuals, especially researchers and data scientists that are interested in extracting insights from a well-curated and public dataset. One of the newer initiatives from the MIMIC team has been to convert MIMIC from its usual relational schema into the Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) standard given its widespread adoption around the world.

In this video, I want to explore - and simultaneously demonstrate, how non-technical individuals - especially clinicians, can take advantage of AI technologies like LLMs to write software.
