So. I mine on this and it will take over a year to ROI. A GPU mining rig that makes the same income would cost half of what this machine costs. Not only will it be able to mine other algos but also have an actual resale value unlike ASICs.

I’d love to get into asic mining, but honestly I’m waiting for a big correction in bitcoin price first. I’d hate to get invested expected a 10 month break-even, only for the market to crash and now my break-even is 4 years.

As much as I would like to buy a powerful bitcoin miner. I don't believe in using crypto as a form of payment for one simple reason. There is no buyer protection when you use crypto. In fact a supplier can completely rip off any buyer and there is nothing the law can do to help that person out. I think suppliers will only honor orders for the low prices to people they know and can help increase their business. That's why I only buy from Ebay and Amazon. However, I'll wait for those cheap broken units. I'll fix those for way cheaper than buying new and start mining to make money. I'll even sell a unit here and there to offset the cost of buying broken units, then fixing so the purchase is actually zero dollars out of my pocket.
