How is the R5 with the 18-150mm? I'm probably going for the R5 or R6 at some point, and stick with the 18-150 for a while and save up for the better lenses but i was wondering is it at least usable combo? I can't really afford all the good gear in one go so i was just thinking that does the 18-150mm the job well enough?

The optical and mechanical quality of the 18-150 lens shows that progress has been made.
It's no longer just plain plastic, but rather solid, carefully designed materials.
Have you ever photographed with a Sigma lens from the 1980s ? A horror.

Great video thank you! Curious what the R10 quality photos would look like with the better glass you have ( rf 24-70mm & 70-200mm lens)? I think many that are considering cheaper entry cameras and investing in better lens would appreciate that comparison. Thanks so much!

An unexpected but interesting comparison, thanks. As for the images, were they all taken in northern Italy?

The Canon R10 + RF-s 18-150mm kit delivers very good results compared to the R5, given the price difference.
The R10 is a camera intended for beginners and advanced amateurs. Only 10% of them will print A4 and 2% will print A2.
An amateur photographer's working screen never exceeds 27"
The R10 and its 18-150mm are more than sufficient.

Nice Video, would you recommend the RF 50mm or the RF 35mm for portraits with an R10+the kit lense (18-150mm)?

It would be interesting to throw in there the RF 24-240mm in the R5. That should cover the same range that you have in the R10

Non c'è molta differenza. Anzi. 270g. Qualità assolutamente uguale all' art 2.8 ff.
