Yeah a whole 9 skins for 3 gods seems a bit much, along with yet another skin for gods that already have enough lol

Long time Slipknot fan here (I actually play slipknot songs on guitar every day during my practice time), love the band and I hate this collab here is why.

Firstly the cost of the skins is ridiculous, at 500 gems for a roll of a chest I don't even get to pick which slipknot member I want to play as, I have to gamble my way to getting the Mick Thompson skin which is horrendous.

Secondly, also with respect to the cost issue, a whole slipknot album is $24.99 which usually contains between 15 to 20 songs, I need to roll the chest three times using 500 gems each to get the Slipknot music pack, that's 1500 gems so I need to purchase two 800 gem packages which is $24.99 for THREE SONGS in game. Talk about price gouging.

This is probably the most disappointing collaboration in smite history, you could've done a battle pass for 600 gems total based on slipknot, give all 9 skins for completing the battle pass and that would probably net you more money as nobody in their right mind is going to pay $24.99 for three songs, two of which are 10 years old or older.

I dig this crossover! Not a fan of the band per se, but I do happen to like the song(s) in the music pack, so I definitely rolled 3 times. Also really cool that some of the members did their own VPs. =)

I was lucky to grab 1 skin for each God in the slipknot event and 1 of the center rewards. Idk if i should roll for the rest? I mean there all exclusive so you'll get them eventually

TLDR: It takes 40 minutes to kill someone and only adcs are viable. Have fun.

Gonna assume the bp skins from the skin chests in this don't include all skins from every bp. Kinda sucks cuz I'm missing some skins from bp's that was far too long ago, but this is definitely a good idea for a battle pass. Hoping there are some decent skins in these chests

Smite will fail because instead of focusing on gameplay and expanding the player base they focused on milking their current player base for gem purchases. It's a damn shame because at one point (I think) I really loved this game..
