Full Recipe:

Ingredients
2/3 cup bread flour
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Combine dry ingredients
Whisk eggs and mix in sugars and butter
Next whisk in milk and vanilla
Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until smooth
Pour batter onto waffle iron and cook for 5 minutes until steam subsides
Remove waffle and while it’s still warm, roll it into cone shape and hold for a moment until it holds its shape
