Boost Volume in Chrome - How to Make Google Chrome Louder in 2021

Want to know how to boost volume in Chrome? This video will show you how make Google chrome louder by boosting the sound. You might want to do this if your sound/volume is too quiet in Chrome, whether you use headphones, a headset, earphones, speakers or another device.

My question is how do you increase volume per WEBSITE, as opposed to per TAB? I can't seem to find a solution to this. All extensions I've found only apply to that specific tab rather than the entire site, which would be much more convenient.
