For the record if you ate 2000 calories of Reese’s peanut butter cups right before bed and that’s all you had, you would in fact lose weight for quite awhile. The problem would be multiple vitamin and micronutrient deficiencies along with the fact that adherence of this diet would be extremely difficult given the addictive nature of junk food.
