Comparison Test for Series

Показать описание
We've seen the Comparison Test for improper integrals before, but now we see the same thing for Series. It lets us take a messy series we don't understand well, compare it to a simpler series we do understand, and then deduce the convergence or divergence from this. Careful, though, because the direction of the inequalities make a difference!

Professor you are so concise and on point. As someone who is studying to become a math teacher, your style really helps me. Thank you.

Easy to understand and the best thing is that you tell test limitations to your viewers.

These are great for reviewing. I'm in graduate school now and the well scripted short videos with visualizations are well appreciated

Now that we're all teaching online, I have started to have favorite math vid channels. If Trefor Bazett has a vid on a topic I need, that's the one I post for my students. You always have the math right, you explain it well, and your vids are very well made. When I need a topic you don't have, so I'm reduced to posting a lesser vid, I often have to write corrections or explanations to go along with it. I never need that for your vids.
