No way, I've lived in Asia since 2005. Being forced to return to America for anything more than a brief visit is the stuff of nightmares. I lived in California and people knew they could have more fun in Mexico, I don't understand any fear or hesitation in leaving.

People are social and have a need to belong in a group. When someone does something outside the norms of the group, every member of the group instinctively thinks it is wrong and tries to bring them back to the norm of that group. Most times this is a negative thing but it is also positive.

People you surround yourself with are very important and need to be regulated.

Great video. Have never heard that about us entrepreneurs, and it’s true. What’s “risky” to others is seen as rational and logical to us, and what others see as “safe” seems risky to us. To bank your life career on working for someone else and being dependent on someone’s else’s decisions affecting your own life and career and hoping all turns out okay by the time you’re old is highly risky!
