Important thing: most of the "skinny springers" (good term) can take the Worker upgrade springs for the Harrier and Seagull.

Thanks Cap! He said looking up from his latest Rival acquisition. I didn't know abt the buffer tube skinny spring nexus, tee hee. Its a great way to get us shopping at the Worker outlets for an upgrade.

It's a shame there isn't a way to have a "Secondary Spring" that has a larger diameter to fit around the plunger rod and between the plunger head and the catch mechanism. You would probably need to have another bulkhead/wall in the shell for the second spring to butt up against, forward of the catch, but it might have worked - plus the springs would need to be matched so they both compress fully. Just an idea.

You should call it Skinny Scouter Springs Special. LOL🤣

Just curious, but do you see the "Skinny Spring" setup becoming, over time, the standard? Obviously not for Hasbro, but it seems like talon mags with buffer tubes etc. seems to be a given with so many springers.

Do the stryfe and rapidstrike for the lols (or april fools but make the video hilariously long)

Does the skinnyness of the spring have anything to do with prime weight? I have noticed that many skinny springers seem to have lighter primes than K26ed 3D printed springers, but equivalent performance, and was wondering if spring geometry had anything to do with it.

Love these episodes. I’ve learned so much. But I’ve been wondering about why these episodes center around the K26, meaning what makes it so special as opposed to a K27 or a K25? I’m sure there’s a reason but I’m new to the hobby and probably missed out on some key developments over the years.

Is the starting footage of you shoving a spring into an FDL a reference to Airzone's k26 FDL?

is there a good spring mod for skinny spring blasters?

But now the important question: could a skinny springer take the penny mod? Or would a quarter or nickel be required instead

Why don't you upgrade the nexus pro with a ceda s spring... i watched Walcoms7's video on it and it gains about 20 to 30 fps more...
