Definitely recommend chase, good interest up to a lot like 100k, saving challenges (round ups) and you can set up savings pots easily although they are separate accounts. So easy to set up and close. Can't recommend enough xx

Also I love how you’re building your savings while still living and enjoying life and saving for other things that are important to you….there are a few ppl I have in my life who are saving and only focused on saving I will never attack their methods but sometimes I feel like saving can be complex my sister and husband are saving to purchase a house and she’s saving very similar to you and although she has a huge goal she’s not denying a happy enjoyable lifestyle while saving

Great video Iris, I can only speak for my middle sister. She experienced sleep paralysis three times, and it was just like what you described, unable to move no matter how hard she tried. She always said it felt like she was awake, seeing shadows, and even if she didn't see anything, she was certain someone was there beside her, staring at her. Then she'd wake up, and everything was normal again. She noticed it happened whenever she had high stress levels, like before an important exam or work project, and when she drank a lot of coffee to keep her awake longer to study. I'm not sure if this helps...

Hi Iris Revolut has the same thing called pockets like starling and there interest rate is good and if your going on holiday you cn also have account in other currencies since I work away a lot I have a lot of different currencies works well

HI Iris- In the US I use Ally Bank because it buckets too. It is a digital bank- and it takes 3 business days to get the money out. I did start an emergency binder to keep cash at home in a safe. Just in case I need money faster than that.

I had suggested for the 1s and 2s to use a tracker / challenge for them, then condense into your build a buffer. Once that's completed, maybe into a mystery envelop for the 2025 trip.


For some savings you could try Bunq - which is 3.71% savings (paid weekly) or trade republic 4% up to 40k (paid monthly)

Don't know if you are aware but you can open multiple savings accounts and name them with the Halifax. Some are over 4% interest ❤ x
