Since everyone is staying safe at home, we are helping bring classic ballpark food straight to your kitchen. In this inaugural episode of Home Plate, Levy’s own Chef Ryan will demonstrate how to master the classic Chicago-style hotdog, courtesy of Vienna Beef.

The Chicago White Sox represent our city with Passion, Pride and Tradition, and are committed to a culture of winning baseball and continued community involvement beyond the diamond. With legends including Frank Thomas, Paul Konerko, Carlton Fisk and Harold Baines, to new stars including José Abreu, Tim Anderson, Yoán Moncada, Lucas Giolito and Eloy Jiménez, the White Sox have represented the fans and city of Chicago since 1900, first at Comiskey Park and now at Guaranteed Rate Field, while also providing for the community by providing annual support to hundreds of Chicago-based organizations through Chicago White Sox Charities.

Vienna Sport Peppers, Relish, & Kosher Dill Pickle Spears are ALL staples in my fridge. I was thinking the other day, "I'm suprised they don't make their own Celery Salt?" After my McCormick container is is empty, I guess I'll be getting Vienna Celery Salt? Why? Why not?

Other than some of the bits the kit really isn’t worth getting for basically $60. Also that mustards gotta be Plochman’s for any Chicago dog imo. Nice video anyway although as I might get something to steam the buns as I’ve never really cared to do that.

Get some dill relish. Sweet relish is horse shit, any Chicagoan knows that. Also grill them dogs out back, taste 100 times better.
