it’s annoying how some people, even people who have nothing to do with someone else’s life think they can say someone is bad, wrong or Weird because of the way they present or who they choose to be with, as someone who has been referred as to as “sinful” and “an attention seeker” just because of how I identify, I have a special kind of disrespect for people who say things like that. I like how even if a kid doesn’t understand what the flags mean, it’s still a good book about accepting people due to differences in the way they look. The message is clear through the words, and it can be attributed to other things than LBGTQ+ if the kid can’t relate to that :)))
