Disturbing Video Game Music 10: Obakesong - Mischief Makers

One level in the cave section of the cult classic Mischief Makers has everyone's favorite shake-loving robot lady Marina catching mischievous spirits. The music for this stage is almost unncessarily creepy with its demonic music box, twisted ghostly voices, and distorted roaring from an unseen source. Thankfully, the music is much more menacing and scary than the level itself. Though the reddish cavern background is eerily demonic.

Scariness Level: 5/10
The catchyness makes it a little less scary

It's a common horror song for children, and it's more comical and cute than scary.

Creep factor: 5/10
Quite tame, but still relatively ominous with the instruments.

But I love this music and this game was one of my favorites as a kid. Though it is weird... XD

I've never really been bothered by Clowny music to be honest.

Jarring for sure but is it 'disturbing'? Hmm.. maybe a lil. 6 out of 10.
