Trinamool Congress (TMC) National General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee said his party colleague Mahua Moitra, who is facing cash-for-query allegations, was competent enough to wage her own battle. He questioned why the Lok Sabha Ethics Committee draft report had recommended expelling Moitra when "nothing was found against her".
