College applications, never ending exams, the uncertainty of future... I can't help but feel this feeling as well. I remember discussing in my psychology class that anxiety is talked way less compared to other topics regarding mental health, such as stress and depression. Thus, I decided to make a small film about anxiety, and that sometimes anxiety can affect not only you mentally, but physically as well. Hopefully through this small animation, I'm able to shed more light to this topic -- and remember, it's okay to feel this way, it's completely normal.

I kinda start to feel anxious when in a crowd, this animation describes all the people who suffer from anxiety. Its like you can feel the animation through the screen even if it just for 10 secs, This is so Good ✨
