Make everything open source. And insulin affordable everywhere meanwhile. Protect it against profiteering or worsening health equality. It's like an all terrain wheelchair. Just a nasty confrontational showoff if it's not brought to market in a way that's affordable and meeting needs in an equitable way. Great for those it works for, but a snub that at worst could make it harder for those it doesn't work for or who can't afford it.
