Take a deep breathe, then a long breathe out, stay calm and focused, purpose driven.
When you take care of your family or work, instead of reacting emotionally or feeling stressed, you focus on doing what’s right and necessary with calmness and dedication. You don’t expect rewards or get upset if things are hard-you simply do your best because it’s your responsibility.
"All" will be alright no matter the outcome.

My own dark night was 7 years ago in Aquarius ♒️. I experienced some of what Evola described in An Intro to Magic, the terror of recignition that an outside entity, immensely (perhaps infinitely) powerful can step in and take control of reality when aroused. So grateful for these insights. Its time for me to become a more disciplined student once again and take the next step

The first part of what he says was 👌🏻. Also the rest but I completely understand where he’s coming from/came from.

I used to be a lot more hopeful but then IT happened and then I was confronted with the reality that I live with people who only needed a suggestion to suspend their critical thinking and go along with something that was not only not happening but they were make believing that it was.

Most wore masks.

That was what broke my hope in humanity.

However I have found no reason to even try to fool myself - I would rather live alone with the animals than try to fit in around what is clearly a very sick system.

Ah, Evola. This is his best work, in my opinion. I know "Revolt..." is considered his magnum opus, but to me Ride The Tiger is his most quintessential writing. Thank you for this, relief for the spirit indeed.

That's a scary thing about the esoteric going public, it's something I've seen in my lifetime almost as a 'None of this is real but - if you're really bored and have enough time on your hands here's a heady hobby that you can look cool to your friends and relatives with'. I joined esoteric orders and sadly just saw, while lovely people, people who'd most likely be almost exactly the same with 30 or 40 years of other engaging interests and hobbies rather than being in an esoteric order. It's like this is the time to only care about money, conspicuous consumption, and what other people reflexively think of your genes. I do increasingly live as a shut-in and I'm doing my level best to get out of the work world with the understanding that I'll have weights placed on me that would be a direct attack on inner authenticity (it could be aggressive sales tactics, carrying out the will of Machiavellian supervisors, etc. in addition to needing to undergo DEI education and give the 'correct' answers). I'd then get out realizing that my freedom needed to be purchased by playing a zero-sum game and winning which means it's only repeatable in small numbers, like making a living as a successful influencer.

The seduction of hedonistic "freedom" is it gives the illusion of freedom, while building a cage of pleasure around us.

For basal instincts are unevolved. They are the forces that have been the route towards destruction, which older orders identified. Yet the modern person believes to live for hedonism is to be empowered.

i suppose if i was male, i would worship the old ways but as a female, human history has been a very sad and hard time, how women survived, is amazing and truly only because men have their needs, this female loves the mystic path but very hopeful that the future will be a lot better than looking back
