Convert Numbers to Text format in Excel:

To do that go to Data tab-Text to columns. Convert text to columns dialog box will be opened. Select the delimited and click on next. In the next step, don't select anything and click Next. In the third step, select "Text" and click on the Finish button. That's it. You have successfully converted the format from Numbers to text.

You can also use this method to show leading zeros in Excel and convert date to text
