so after a bachelor in law, both are lawyers, and the first the solicitor cannot represent sb at court but a barrister can? so both can work in a law firm, and a barrister can do a solicitor's job if he wants, but a solicitor cannot do a barrister's job is that correct?
what about opening an office, can they both open their own office later and have their own clients or does a solicitor have no right to do that?
what if a barrister later wants to work as a prosecutor for the state, can he do that or does he need more courses after the barrister exam?
