After trying 10 times I finally got the pizza dough right, 72h fermented and it becomes soft and crunchy, now I am loving this video of the pizza history! Greetings from Slovenia!❤

I grew up on basically a deep dish style pizza and didn’t understand the thin crust, few toppings style until we visited Napoli. My wife and I fell in love with Neapolitan style pizza and now I have a wood fired pizza oven in my back yard and we only make pizza at home. We love it

I was here last year, great pizza and a fantastic experience to eat on such an historical place.
They also had a small foldable paper with the history of the place and the invention of the Pizza Margherita for the guests, that I still have with me.

Hi Vito, thank you for your great videos - I started my pizza making journey with your help a year ago and now I own 2 pizza ovens (ooni+gozney). We just came back from Napoli last week and this city is the world's pizza capitol...we almost had pizza every day at the best places, great inspiration. Your poolish dough is still our favorite.
