[SFM] If you can - Matrix

Looking at it, Sniper seems to fit Morpheus's voice a lot more then Demoman would.

IK = Inverse kinematics, as opposed to Forward kinematics. It is just the way you interact with the "bones". With FK, if I move the knee, the foot bone doesnt react in a natural way, so you have more things that need to be adjusted. With IK turned on, moving the foot or knee or hand will move all the other bones connected to it in a slightly more realistic way, making the process a little faster. Using IK or FK each has its own pro/cons depending on what you are animating.

I agree. But demoman seems like he best fit it and not because of skin color but because he's also the main melee class.

What is IK? Well done btw, as some have stated before, movement should be more fluid, but im still impressed! Looking forward to the fight scene! :)

Hmmm spend a little more time on making the movement a little more fluid and accurate. Lip sync not bad either. It took me about an hour to do the first 10 seconds of the pulp fiction test and that was my first use of SFM. So it's not too hard to get to grips with.
