I’m so excited to be bringing you this New Series! PREGNANCY RECIPES OF THE WEEK!!! Each recipe will include important foods to eat during pregnancy! The foods that we eat during pregnancy literally shapes your baby’s health for the rest of their lives. It influences their learning capabilities and IQ. It shapes their risk for diabetes, obesity and cancer. I will include recipes from around the world and vegetarian options (but also not vegetarian options!)

When I was pregnant I developed food allergies to gluten and eggs. I'm used to it now, but at the time it was quite the adjustment. I'm grateful for the allergies. As a result all of the junk food I was craving was off the menu and I had to eat mostly whole foods including tons of vegetables... also saved me money not eating out!

This series sounds very promising so I'm very excited 😊 As an Asian mother, during pregnancy I personally tend to feel nauseous when smelling spices in curries, even non chilli ones (bizarre right?!) Please can you suggest recipes without alot of spices. Many thanks 😊
