Always great videos! Can't agree more that Google needs MUCH better customer service. That's insane that you have customers paying that much and you do that much biz w/ Google and they don't have an account manager that's available to you! Just getting a live person is probably a challenge....it really is shameful.

Bing gives citations even when it gets the wrong answers. Most users will not care about citations, but they are important in academia and enterprise where you must know the source of information upon which you draw.

Nice video but you forgot to mention that chatgbt will be Integrated to the new bing which means it's data will be updated in realtime since it will have bing database to draw from.

Long time watcher here! Random question...do you have a video on getting Google to spend more budget? I have a client spending a few thousand a month getting good ROAS, but they want to spend MORE even at the expense of the ROAS. How can I get Google to increase spend?

In general Google is a superior search engine to Bing, and this could be what pushes Google ahead of Bing, which also uses its own search as a building block. Bing with AI is very impressive. Once Bard is released to the world, we will see how the two AIs square off.

Spot on. I want Google to have a real compeitor as well. They've gotten extremely lazy and so has the algorithm, not just customer support. If Bing somehow jumps ahead of Google, I can see Microsoft peeling away a lot of ad revenue especially if they improve customer support, which will eventually (love it or hate it) be managed by bots.
