My recipe for low carb chicken pot pie soup

Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup (or can) or peas
1 cup (or can) of carrots
2 cups chicken broth
1 pouch vegetable soup mix
2 large chicken breast (frozen)
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
1/8 tsp turmeric (for color, optional)

Directions
Add chicken broth, soup mix, chicken, peas, and carrots to slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.

In a medium saucepan add cream cheese, 1 cup of soup broth, and turmeric. Cook over medium heat until cream cheese is melted. Add in mozzarella and whisk until combined (should have a smooth texture)

Add cream mixture to soup and shred chicken.

I made 90 second bread to go on top for the full chicken pot pie affect.
