2023 Goal Setting: How To Set Intentional Goals That Align With Your Values

Every single year there's pressure to set goals this time of year. I used to set them without much consideration of wider context, and what would really fill up my cup. Over past 4 years, I've been setting intentions in a different way. I use this time of year to realign with my values, what really matters to me, and the actions I can take that link to that.

If you're setting goals for 2023, I'm sure you'll have seen there's a fair few different methods to do it. At the core, the most important thing is to think about your why, and what's really important to you in life right now. This exercise where you understand your values can help you do that.
