Went to Tulum in 2021 and loved it! Looking forward to come back next year. We want to explore the pueblo by bicycle, eat at a local restaurant, visit the Mayan ruins, and XCARET. We're gonna need more than a week! ☺️

Under American law? I know México is in the American continent therefore it is an American country. I also know they call the United States America. What did you mean when you said the access to public beaches are under American law.
