Alex’s Caves: The Hidden Lore Behind Every Biome

In this video I go over the hidden lore behind Alex’s Caves, the lore behind every single cave of the existing 5. How the magnetic machines were made, how the toxic caves became the underground wasteland, the reign of the Luxtructosaurus, the rise of the Oracle deity in the Forlorn Hollows and the Underwater war between the deep ones and humans. Everything is in this video in a quick summary! Not everything should be taken literally though, some parts are theorized!

Ok... This is VERY Interesting. Taking some lore from the Cave Compendium, Concept Art, and just general knowledge, (and also what Alex said himself) is the PERFECT way to make something like this. I hope to see more of these. This is also the best lore I've seen for Alex's Caves. Awesome.

Seeing those scrapped concept arts and features makes me hope to see them in future updates!
Then again, perhaps some of them should stay are they are: what used to exist. Like some dinosaur concepts.

NICE,
I do have some thought about some of the lore parts.
1: I had an idea that the caveman were the ones who sealed the Lux but costed the caveman's lives.
2.I thought of the idea that Deep one hero sacrificed himself to destroy the Triton in order to save the other Deep ones.
Other than those two you did a good job.
I really like the oracle; it almost looks like a cocoon that holds its true form.
Wonder if will see the basher or Refiner, If the refiner did become a mob, it could be a boss.
Also, it be funny if some of the surviving divers told stories about their encounters with the Deep ones and that inspired Love craft's idea for his Deep ones.

Ok, my theories are:
1: The Atlatitans aren't native of the biome that came to be the Primordial Caves, so one day, a bunch of Atlatitans migrated to the soon-to-be caves for some reason. Amongst all the Atlatitans, one of them was angry at the other dinosaurs for some reason and started killing all of them, but a lot of dinosaurs pushed him into the volcano and killed him. However, he emerged from the Volcano as the Luxtructosaurus and made all the dinosaurs go extinct, and it came back to the volcano. The remnants of the dinosaurs got stuck on amber and then, several years later, a bunch of cavemen found those ambers and built the amber monoliths, resurecting the dinosaurs. They also summoned the Luxtructosaurus and killed it again, somehow.

2: The explosions that created the Toxic Caves didn't happened by accident. What happened is that someone somehow killed the Luxtructosaurus, the Hullbreaker, stole an egg from a Tremorsaurus and summoned the Tremorzilla. The humans at the Toxic Caves thought it was a threat, so they tried carpet bombing him with nuclear bombs, which in fact killed the Tremorzilla, but it also turned the cave into a toxic wasteland.

3: Actually, I think that the Deep One Hero died in the war.

4: The Oracle didn't corrupted all the mobs in the Forlorn Hollows. Instead, he just existed, and then a group of semi-humanoid moles saw it and decided to worship it as a God. Then, these moles, which are now known as Underzealots, started terraforming the cave to please the Oracle, which caused the other animals to adapt to this new environment, becoming what they are today.

I think that0 the ancient builder in the abyssal chasm are the same that stumbuled upon the magnetic cave since they use reçoursse from there.

My theory is that one of the altatitan which was born with the spike pattern was different from all of them so he wasn’t able to join a herd and fueled by rage it died from fall damage on purpose and made a deal with the oracle after that its soul soul went into the volcano waiting for 65, 000, 000 years to unleash his tyrannical fury at everyone and everything the rejected his appearance

I think the whales bones we saw in the abyssal chasm are related to the chacalot from alex's mobs, it's a very cool theory nlg 😅
