Pippin is a great musical. My dad took me to the revival right before I went to college.
When pippin promises he won’t be boring, he Becomes too caught up in being more than ordinary, bc along the way he finds love, family and comfort and can’t settle despite finding love and family and in trying to find something better, he almost leads himself to disastrous ruin.

Pippin, another great musical in the 70's. William Katt played "the Greatest American Hero" on American Television in the 80's. He also starred in the Horror movie "House"

This is another Stephen Schwartz musical like Godspell (1971 Off Broadway). Pippin was performed on Broadway in 1972 (you're watching a modified 1981 filmed for television Canadian live production), followed by The Magic Show in 1974 (there was a modified Canadian production of this show as well, filmed in 1980)
