Hi Muvacan, I really loved your video. I have really wanted to get into childminding and have made enquiries about getting set up though an childminding agency as i thought the process might be quicker and more straightforward. However after watching your video maybe I will go directly through ofsted. Also i have been woth my current employer for over 10 years and am worried about not having an stable income, do you sometimes find it hard to find children to look after or get gaps in self employment that you cannot fill.
