You are best alone- less distractions. Ocean movements, waves in and out tides better than PIER

Just found this one: 1) your arms are ripped; 2) you're very lean in it; 3) getting into that Crow pose....wowza; 4) WARNING about male adjusting for those ankle/knee fold forward stretches; and 5) nice 30 minute flow! Thanks!

this was nicely paced and not too complex or advanced to actually follow - although I didn't try the pigeon-crow thing at all. your instructions are really calm and un-fussy which helps me keep focused

This is one of my FAVORITE Tim videos of all time. If anyone has suggestions for similar videos, I would greatly appreciate it. It's a great beginner video a little strength and a lot of stretching. Perfect.

This is what I've been looking for. So many tell you to 'feel' into pose, get your breathing right; but they're off (and I still appreciate most of them) (just try an go at my own pace) before you've even figured or found that elusive balance. This bloke has just the right pace. Thanks Tim.

I love this class, Tim. I have it bookmarked as a wonderful vinyasa morning flow. 10 months post-op open heart surgery and I marvel that I am back to doing all of this. Though arguably I'm still getting my upper body strength back. Thank you for sharing your gift.
