I might have the SLIGHTEST tinge of buyers remorse on my Pixel Fold now that this thing has came out. I REALLY like the multitasking on this. Maybe Google will build in some better multitasking abilities into Android 15. Honestly I don't see another implementation better than what OnePlus has done here though. I also like the snap to open that this phone does. The only other thing that annoys me about the Fold is how much effort I have to put into it to get it to be open flat (or as flat as it will allow).

Mine arrives tomorrow, and I gotta admit, I'm a bit nervous about it. I feel like it may replace my beloved Pixel Fold, instead of me using both interchangeably. I'll be looking forward to seeing how you use yours.

Besides outputting video to a screen wireless and wired, here's something nobody seems to do, but I'm sure you, Shane can do it! On my MS SDs, I like having something playing on the top screen or the left screen, (depending on the video I'm watching to fill up the screen). Then, ALL just on ONE screen, (the one where I'm not watching a video, ) I do several things, such as launch a browser, then launch Google Maps, then contacts, and switch back and forth between those 3 apps or others, all on the same screen, while the video stays fully playing and unobscured. The Duos do this mobile 2 screens with perfection, just like a desktop with 2 screens. I'm sure nothing will do that quite as intuitively, probably never tie with the duo for the number of steps. I'd love it if that had a mode called "2-Screen Mode" they could turn on. This really matters when you start typing on one of those screens. On the SDs, watching a video on top will push it up further, because the keyboard needs to appear; yet watching a video on the left or right allows us to type on the other app without obscuring the video. // You do so much more than just superficial reviews, and I appreciate it. Pinned apps in dock mirror the ones on outter screen.

OP has options to change grid size. That should help you get more dock icons.

I would LOVE the multitasking aspect of this for work. My biggest question that is fairly niche is how does it interact with manga from both a website and app perspective (specifically shonen jump)

Can you please show us the video size differences between the open, the fold, and the pixel for different aspect ratios like 16:9, 21:9, 4:3, etc? And can you also please talk about any differences in cellular reception you've noticed? Thanks!

Ann odd question I have about YouTube zoom. I watched a review were the YouTube video could zoom in small increments on the OnePlus open. On other devices it can only snap into fullscreen and then zoom further. Can the OnePlus open do small zoom on videos instead of snapping into fullscreen?

I'm very curious about your multitasking experiences after a month when you compare the One+ open with the Surface Duo. I have a strong feeling that the Duo is still undefeated on that ground.

Ive been playing with my open for about an hour and the biggest difference for me so far is the lack of a crease. Coming from a zfold 3 the crease feels and looks non existent! So far loving this device. Speakers are nice and loud! Displays looks great! Camera seems better but I need to do some more playing around with it. There is definitely less noise on darker photos.
